Building Maintenance Technician (BMT)
Reporting to the Building Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician (BMT) plays an important role within RESG’s Building Services team. The BMT is responsible for a wide array of work, from hardware, partitions, tile, masonry, furniture, glass, drywall, and ceilings, to window treatments and wood structures and finish millwork. The BMT also supports the operations of critical building systems. The BMT interacts regularly with people at all levels of the organization and our tenant firms, representing RESG as a professional partner.
Plan and perform repairs in maintenance areas according to blueprints, plans and sketches. Determine appropriate materials in accordance with applicable building codes and standards.
Conduct preventive maintenance; regularly inspect building and furnishings. Inspect and make repairs to equipment and/or furnishings as assigned.
