Are you looking to join a high-performing, collaborative team who has a passion for using technology to meet customer needs?  Are you interested in working for an important public service institution whose work helps ensure economic stability?  If so, consider becoming part of the Federal Reserve!  A unique opportunity is available in Minneapolis to join the Learning Management Support Office (LMSO) in working with all twelve Reserve Banks and the Board of Governors to provide technology services that support employee learning and development.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining expertise in the Saba Cloud Learning Management System (LMS) and related applications

  • Assisting customers to integrate their e-learning courses with the LMS

  • Creating and managing data interfaces between information systems

  • Providing technical and operational support

  • Digging in and researching complex technical challenges

  • Consulting with customers and advising them on how to utilize application functionality to accomplish their objectives

  • Planning and executing solutions to meet the requirements of multiple customers and stakeholders across functions and locations

  • Coordinating and performing testing activities

  • Managing technical projects


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 4 years direct work-related experience (6 years direct work-related experience for level III)

  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS) or learning experience platform (LXP)

  • Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, Captivate, Articulate, APIs or xAPI a plus

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and lead projects

  • Strong technical, problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Detail oriented and accurate

  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused and diplomatic, with excellent follow-through

  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to ask the right questions to meet a business need

  • Intermediate-level skills in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Quick to learn new software applications

 

Other Information:

  • Must be able to work on-site at our office in downtown Minneapolis on a full-time basis

  • Scope ranges from assisting to leading, and complexity ranges from routine to highly complex

  • Occasional weekend work is required for system upgrades and maintenance
