What we do: 

The Risk, Operations, and Control (ROC) team in the Statistics Function is looking for a manager for the Change Integration Team. The Manager is responsible for managing two optimized delivery teams that provide project management and data modeling services. The Change Integration Team is responsible for planning, implementing, and engineering changes to existing processes (e.g., workflow) in support of Statistics' core mission to improve data quality of the 100+ data collections. Our work transforms raw data into information that inspires Bank actions – directly supporting the Bank's mission to promote financial stability and support the implementation of domestic and international supervisory policies and monetary policy.

As manager of the Change Integration Team, you will report to the Division Head of the Risk, Operations, and Control team and manage a team of six staff.

Your role as Change Integration Team Manager:

  • Serve as a People and Project Leader to mentor staff and provide guidance in carrying out daily activities; delegate assignments; monitor progress and take corrective actions to ensure success; and ensure employees have the appropriate tools and facilities to accomplish their assignments. Manage team resources to accomplish project deliverables and Department/Function goals.
  • Assess staff performance and develop staff through delivery of actionable feedback, including performance appraisals, career development, and coaching discussions
  • Identify and drive implementation of operational improvements and business process re-engineering strategies to enhance department performance and manage risk
  • Maintain stakeholder and business partner relationships in area of discipline (including serving as a point of contact for quality of services)

What we are looking for:

  • 5 +years of relevant work experience in a financial institution focusing on data collection, information technology, project management and financial analysis capacity, including data modeling, performance measurement and evaluation
  • Experience managing staff and overseeing project teams
  • Critical and strategic thinking to make recommendations on improving workflows, project plans and service levels
