The St Louis Fed is one of 12 Reserve Banks serving all or parts of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas with branches in Little Rock, Louisville and Memphis. The St. Louis Fed’s most critical functions include: promoting stable prices and economic growth, fostering a sound financial system, providing payment services to financial institutions, supporting the U.S. Treasury's financial operations, and advancing economic education, community development and fair access to credit.


The Treasury Division Support Services (TDSS) unit is seeking an Analyst to support multiple communication efforts, including: development of communication plans and associated deliverables, editorial review, website content development and maintenance, and ongoing production schedule monitoring. The Analyst would report through the Treasury Division Communications Unit and support division-wide organizational communication and change management deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Review and provide editorial support for all Treasury Division communications deliverables, including executive presentation materials, digital assets, and collateral materials
  • Assist with development of content including email communications, website articles, videos, photos, and other graphics
  • Assist in final approval of all communications deliverables
  • Monitor project timelines and materials production schedules. Proactively escalate potential delays and risks to timelines and schedules
  • Provide Project Management assistance as needed
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field of study or commensurate experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), relationship management, and customer service skills with a focus on working effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work processes in a timely fashion
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
  • Ability to perform independent research and analysis
  • Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience with Adobe suite preferred (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with video editing software a plus (Camtasia)
  • Experience with organization change management a plus
  • Travel (5%)
  • Position requires US Citizen of lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency
