HR Business Partner
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of HR experience with proven success in leadership or consulting roles (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
- Travel to our Charlotte, NC and Baltimore, MD branches on an as needed basis (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid business acumen and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Consulting and coaching skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the HR field and the role of HR in supporting business strategy
- Ability to identify and implement innovative strategies and tactics that support business strategy
- Strong oral and written communication skills
