Job Summary:


This position provides analytical and project support for unit/department; demonstrates increasing skills in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data/recommendations; and coordinates projects and assignments across Retail Payments Technology Services (RPTS).  RPTS provides technology support to the Retail Payments Office, which is a System product office headquartered out of Atlanta.  RPTS has staff in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Dallas, and remote staff across the country.  The organization is responsible for the planning, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing production support for the Check and ACH payment systems.  Within the Admin & Analytics team, the analysts develop SharePoint tools to promote efficiencies, support SharePoint for the entire RPO, provide metrics development through Tableau, complete internal auditing of functional areas, lead the department’s Continuous Improvement & Innovation initiative, and manage projects through ad hoc assignments.  The team has the opportunity for substantial executive exposure as many projects are completed in close collaboration with RPTS and RPO officers.




  • Outlining, developing, and tracking projects in support of key RPTS functions
  • Developing SharePoint tools using forms, lists, workflows, etc.
  • Support existing SharePoint tools and sites by partnering with site owners across the RPO.
  • Providing metrics analysis and reporting through Tableau.
  • Promoting the use of metrics within RPTS.
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement and Innovation initiative.
  • Lead ad hoc projects focusing on delivering timely and quality deliverables.
  • Mentoring and training other analysts.  

Skills Desired:

  • Strong analytical abilities including the ability to analyze data from multiple sources, such as PeopleSoft, Excel, Access Database, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to be resourceful to find answers to complicated, ambiguous problems.

  • Strong time management ability to prioritize to meet deadlines across various business areas.
  • Ability to use SharePoint and Tableau. 



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to three years professional experience generally required. 
  • Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email programs. 
  • Strong analytical skills .
  • SharePoint and Tableau skills preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 
  • Effective project management skills to include organization, planning and execution.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Strong personal initiative.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Position may include additional requirements unique to the RPTS division.
